EFFORT?
First, OCOR realizes that even though youth account for only 25% of our current population, they represent 100% of our future. Therefore, clearly each and every issue which affects them will ultimately affect us all. Secondly, throughout OCOR.s various programs, we utilize a 3-tier systematic approach emphasizing the responsibility among parents, educators, and the children themselves. This concerted effort is paramount if one is seeking long-term, transcending benefits. Last, but certainly not least, OCOR.s confidence is a result of, not only extensive and prolific research, but also two decades of personal experience working with, instructing, and mentoring youth.
